Instructions

Prior to the delivery of waste to Ekokem, following measures need to be done for legal and smooth delivery of the waste for treatment:
- Acceptance for the waste by Ekokem following contract between Customer and Ekokem
- Notification procedure according to Basel Convention and EU Council regulation No 1013/2006 for getting the licence
- As a part of the notification procedure a financial guarantee to authorities.
- Consent from the authorities for transfrontier waste transportation
- Ekokem’s acceptance for the shipment
- Packaging and shipment of waste in accordance with transport regulations
- Reception and treatment of waste at Ekokem
- Certificate of disposal form Ekokem to the Customer.

Ekokem will supply a detailed package of instructions to the above listed procedure.
