· Stabilization (heavy metals, some organic compounds)
· Soil Vapour Exctraction (volatile organic compounds)
· Soil Washing (heavy metals, some organic compounds)
· Composting (some organic compounds)

Also geotechnical characters of soil and its water content are relevant parameters in selection of a fit remediation method.
